Ashley has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in NJ since 2007. After taking a step back in 2010 and only being in the business part time as a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator for her father and Platinum Producer, Frank Coppola, she took the leap in 2019 and joined his, team Coppola & Co full time as a Sales Person and Director of Operations. In 2020 Ashley stepped into a leadership role at the KW East Monmouth Office as Director of Agent Services. In that role she was responsible for onboarding and recruiting agents, spearheading the education and events calendar, and providing over all support for 250+ agents and recruits . She is currently bringing 15+ years of Sales, Customer Service, & Management experience to the KW Spring Lake Office as the Assistant Team Leader. Her goal is to create an exceptional and personalized experience for every agent and client that is part of the KW family.
